I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful...soon to be expanding family on Saturday. The weather certainly could have been better, but I guess it's what you expect when you live in WI. I can't wait to meet your new little boy!

My MD wasn't kidding when he said second babies don't take as long to be born. My water broke at 7:30 pm and he was born a few short hours later at 12:54 am. He has been such a fantastic baby and his big sister is loving him.

I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to getting back to taking pictures. I will do my best to answer emails/phone calls.

A Fun Maternity Session

This maternity session was very exciting for me. Not only were they an awesome mom, baby, and toddler, but they are also very dear friends to my daughter and me.

As Mom M and I often talked about together, you never know if this will be your last pregnancy, so she let me document this beautiful new life inside. Of course, big brother E was great with the camera too, it never hurts to bribe them with stickers. :)

My family is so excited to meet this new little one.

Merry Christmas....late

We had a whirlwind of a Christmas this year. We were all sick at our house and Eliana turned Two on Christmas Day. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for giving me the opportunity to take pictures of your family. I look forward to having the opportunity next year.

Also, I wanted to let everyone know that we are expecting our second baby in less than 8 weeks (Feb. 21st). Therefore, I have begun to slow down a bit with the number of sessions I'm scheduling. I will be back to a more regular schedule once the baby is born. I'm currently looking at getting back into the swing of things by the beginning of May, but of course I'll update the blog with more information. If you are wanting pictures taken, please don't hesitate to call or email and I will let you know the soonest date I will be available.

Meet Little Boy G. He braved the cold snowy Sunday for the sake of having his pictures taken. He did a great job, of course having three of his favorite people around to entertain him always helps. Check out his gorgeous blue eyes, look out girls!

Miss S is One!

What a big girl Miss S has become. I have had the opportunity to watch her grow from inside her mom's belly until now. She is turning one and is so much fun. I really enjoyed this session, you get to learn the personality of the kid's. Thanks for bringing her in and letting me be part of her first year of life. I have loved having the opportunity to take her pictures.

At one year, the cake is probably my favorite series of photos.

Of course she's an angel :)

Holiday mini sessions are a great way to get your holiday pictures taken and to update the family album. Mini Sessions also offer discounted pictures and custom designed holiday cards.

Each session must be booked in advance and space is limited, so please schedule early. Email aframeintime@yahoo.com or call 920.277.4621 for available times. These sessions will last 15 minutes and take place outside, weather permitting, at 940 E. Florida Ave., Appleton, WI. If necessary, pictures will be taken indoors. Special discounted packages will only be available at these mini sessions; they are not available on the website. Packages must be picked out and paid for prior to your session (Packages include the $25 mini session fee).

Miss E

I met this cute little Miss E at a park in Neenah yesterday. Although the clouds didn't cooperate, she did. I have yet to see anyone with more beautiful blue eyes than she has. They're the first thing you notice.

Do you wonder where her beautiful eyes came from? Her mom has them too!

Even with her blue eyes, I had to throw at least one black and white in the mix.

This is when you know she's been around the camera for awhile. She held still until I took the picture :)

Little Miss M

Patience paid off. After cancelling last week's session due to the downpour(s) we had, this session with little Miss M. and her mom came to be. Little M. knew exactly what to do in front of the camera, just like her mom promised. I have yet to meet a little girl as good natured as she, what child doesn't even cry when her mom says she can't have anymore of her unfinished lollipop? I had a blast with you girls today :)

My new best friend, the UPS man delivered my "L" f/2.8 lens today. I'm so excited to play around with it. I am already seeing a difference in the clarity of the pictures.
